All orders are sent duty-free from our warehouse in Bergen with Posten/bring.

You can choose between 3 delivery options:

  • Package with tracking delivered to your mailbox is free.
  • Package to collection point with tracking. Shipping price NOK 79,-
    The package is sent to your nearest delivery point. You will receive a notification when the shipment has arrived at the delivery location.

  • You can choose to have your package delivered to your door. This shipping option has a fixed price of NOK. 199, -

As a customer, you are responsible for providing the correct address and telephone number when ordering. Parcels delivered to the collection point must be collected within the collection deadline.

Delivery area and delivery time
 Please note that MEA NANI JEWELERY only ships to addresses on the Norwegian mainland. The delivery time is normally 2-4 working days after the package has been sent from us. For packages that are to be sent to northern Norway, one day's extra delivery time must be allowed.

In periods of high demand (e.g. Black Friday) the delivery time may be somewhat longer. If you have not received your package within 12 days, you as the customer are responsible for contacting us so that we can request the package from the carrier. If you do not inform us otherwise, the package is considered delivered after 30 days.

Unclaimed packages
If you do not pick up your package at the delivery point and the order is returned to us, you will be charged a fee of NOK. NOK 200. This fee is linked to the extra cost you impose on us as a company with regard to returns and administration. By acting passively and not collecting the goods you have ordered, you will no longer fulfill the requirements set for you as a customer, in accordance with the Right of Cancellation Act §§ 11 and 13. You will then lose the right to withdraw from the purchase agreement. When the order comes back to us as an undelivered package, your purchase will be credited. (minus the handling cost of NOK 200) and the goods are returned to stock.
