You have three delivery options in our online store

Package with tracking delivered to your mailbox
This shipping option has a fixed price of NOK. NOK 49, but is free for purchases over NOK 650. Your order will be sent with Bring, as a package with tracking and delivered directly to your mailbox. If the consignment turns out to be too large for the letterbox, it will be forwarded to the nearest delivery point and you will receive a message where you can pick it up.

Package to collection point via Bring
Parcel for pick-up is sent with tracking to your nearest drop-off point. This shipping option has a fixed price of NOK. 79 NOK. You will receive a notification when the shipment has arrived at the delivery location. It is the customer's responsibility to provide the correct telephone number when ordering. The package must be collected within the collection deadline.

Package delivered home via Bring
You can choose to have your order delivered to your door. The fixed shipping price is then NOK. NOK 199.
The driver will call you 30-60 minutes before delivery.

Delivery area and delivery time
Please note that MEA NANI JEWELERY only ships to addresses on the Norwegian mainland. The delivery time is normally 2-4 working days after the package has been sent from us. For packages that are to be sent to northern Norway, one day's extra delivery time must be allowed.

In periods of high demand (e.g. Black Friday), the delivery time may be somewhat longer. If you have not received your package within 12 days, you as the customer are responsible for contacting us so that we can request the package from the carrier. If you do not inform us otherwise, the package is considered delivered after 30 days.

Unclaimed packages
If you do not pick up your package at the delivery point and the order is returned to us, you will be charged a fee of NOK. NOK 200. This fee is linked to the extra cost you impose on us as a company with regard to returns and administration. By being passive and not picking up the goods you have ordered, you will no longer fulfill the requirements set for you as a customer, in accordance with §§ 11 and 13 of the Right of Cancellation Act. You will then lose the right to withdraw from the purchase agreement. When the order comes back to us as an undelivered package, your purchase will be credited. (minus the handling cost of NOK 200) and the goods are returned to stock.

You yourself are responsible for providing the correct e-mail and telephone number when ordering. Please note that e-mails from us may end up in the spam filter and it may therefore be a good idea to check your junk mail.
